Alright, so Marvel Rivals is shaking things up a bit. And I’m here for it, mostly. So, check this out — we’ve got this new skin called the Breezy Butterfly for Psylocke coming out. Fancy name, right? It’s dropping into the shop on July 17, 7 PM PDT sharp. Not like I set alarms for these things. But who knows, maybe I will this time, just for the heck of it.
Oh, and Wolverine’s getting some tweaks. Yeah, they’re toning him down. Less damage, more cooldown. Some folks are like, “Finally!” Poor Wolverine, always getting the short end of the adamantium stick. I mean, I guess teaming with Phoenix was too OP or something. Whatever that means.
Summer’s hitting hard with skins for Loki, Luna Snow, Thor, and The Thing — all limited-time stuff. Again, until August 14th, 7 PM PDT, but you know, it feels like a countdown to heartbreak. These things never last, right?
Honestly, the footage they shared on Twitter was… something else. Psylocke vibing in a teal and purple swimsuit like she’s chilling at the world’s coolest beach. Her emote’s got her swinging around like playgrounds are back in fashion. And, get this, they’ve got these recolors needing Unstable Molecules. Whatever happened to good old-fashioned coins?
Loki’s getting a “Robe of Relaxation” — 1,600 units if you’re buying Miller Ross’s scoop. Do I even know what a unit is? Nope. Moving on. It’s all up there until mid-August, so just enough time to start hoarding those units… if you can figure out what they are.
And there’s some Summer Special event too. Probably involves rewards — Thor’s sporting some “Worthy Waves” look. Sounds wavy. While The Thing and Luna Snow’s skins are locked behind a premium pass. Typical, right? It feels like grabbing popcorn at the movies: free smells, everything else costs.
