Wow, okay, so here’s the deal: Capcom, you know them, right? They just dropped this news about four new fighters they’re bringing into Street Fighter 6 with Year 3’s DLC. The characters were announced in this wild video that had me cracking up. Why? Because pro wrestler Kenny Omega was in it, doing his thing, dressed as each of these new guys and trying to pull off their moves. It was, uh, a sight, to say the least.
Now, get this: Sagat’s coming back. Yeah, the Muay Thai dude who’s been around since forever (the original Street Fighter, if I’m remembering right). He’s popping in around summer 2025. His whole vibe? Basically “get ready to rumble” — or something like that. It’s like, man, who knows what’s coming?
Then there’s C. Viper, the undercover agent with all the gear. Remember her from Street Fighter IV? Anyway, she’s got her gadgets locked and loaded for autumn 2025. You probably don’t want to mess with her mission. Seriously.
Alex follows, with those crazy grappling moves of his. He’s from Street Fighter V, for you fans who keep track of that stuff. He’s stepping back into the ring in winter 2025. So if you’re into wrestling and smashing buttons, this might be your jam.
Last but not least, Ingrid. This character’s as mysterious as they come, and apparently pretty powerful. And her debut is set for spring 2026. I mean, who doesn’t love a good mystery, right? But with sunlight and stuff? That should be interesting.
Oh, and if you’re all about having the full experience — well, the Street Fighter 6 Years 1-2 Fighters Edition is out for the Nintendo Switch 2. Both in stores and online. So, yeah, game on.
