When Silent Hill 2 dropped last year, folks were hyped about those PS5 Pro enhancements. But, let me tell you, it kinda flopped. Players have been on edge ever since, just hoping Konami and Bloober Team pull a rabbit out of a hat. And yeah, seems like we’re still waiting. Maybe they’ll sort it out…maybe not. Who knows?

## Is the Silent Hill 2 PS5 Pro getting better anytime soon? Or…not?
So, Eurogamer says Bloober Team is trying to untangle this mess. They’re all, “We’re on it with the publisher and will spill the beans soon as we’ve got ‘em.” Cool, right? But when’s that happening? No clue. Fans are buzzing about it, though. Jump on a Reddit thread and it’s like, everyone’s got an opinion.
Saw this one Redditor whine, “So over this. Given up.” Says the Pro version’s supposed to be the champ, but nah, worse than the regular PS5. Yikes. Another chimed in about the PC version, like, “It stutters and lags too. Probably left for dead since they’re juggling other games.”
Despite all this tech drama, people still loved the game when it launched. Go figure. Sales went through the roof first weekend. A million copies sold? Insane.
You can snag Silent Hill 2 for PS5 and PC. If you’re just in for the base game, it’s $69.99. But if you’re fancy, there’s the Deluxe Edition for $79.99. Comes with digital art, soundtrack, and – get this – a Pyramid Head mask that’s more like a pizza box or something. Weird, but whatever works, right?
