Anyway, it’s all-email time since we’ve got a backlog bigger than my laundry pile. James is MIA this week, which means—brace yourself—we might actually get through an episode with some dignity. Jon’s hosting, so expect fewer tangents and more structure. Maybe. Or not. We’ll see.

So, back to Jon’s epic GameStop adventure. You ever get those Pro Memberships? It’s like entering another realm. We chat about that and then—somehow—end up debating which old games should get the Switch 2 glow-up treatment. It’s one of those things you didn’t know you needed in your life.

After our break—no idea why we needed one, probably just tradition—we dive into the grit of F-Zero GX. Ever played it? It’s like voluntarily signing up for torture. But hey, would Nintendo give us new virtual console toys? And what would we do with Princess Peach in today’s world? I mean, apart from the obvious crown-wearing and cake-baking.
