Okay, focus! Lagiacrus is back. The Leviathan is crashing the party—finally! Why did it take so long? He’s like, the sea’s electricity wizard. Pretty wild. Once you hit Hunter Rank 31, you can take him on. But only after some crazy missions about the world flipping over or something—seriously, who comes up with these names?
Speaking of battles, you’re going underwater! Lagiacrus means business down there. On land, it’s your game, but underwater, you better stay sharp. I swear, they just love interrupting my attacks down there. You get some cool armor out of it, though. Palico gear too, cause why not?
And don’t forget the flashy dude, Seregios! It’s this golden-scaled flyer, dropping razor scales everywhere. Feels like getting stuck in a pin cushion, legit. Make sure your health’s up and carry snacks—wait, or was it steak? Yeah, steak’s safer.
Push through these, and hello 8★ missions. They just love making us sweat, huh? HR 41 or higher, because why not?
Layered Weapons—sounds extra but kinda cool. You dress your tools any way without losing what makes them pack a punch. Fashion hunting, I guess?
Now there’s an option to swap handlers, like, ever wanted Eric instead of Alma? You can always change back if he gets too chatty or whatever. But switching it up is fun.
Oh, Mina joins us! Swinging her Sword & Shield, all set to support you on hunts. It’s like having more sidekicks. How many is too many, anyway?
Photo Mode. Yeah, it got an upgrade. Fresh effects and switch things off you don’t wanna see. Makes those hunting memories prettier, I guess.
Oh! Mark your calendars. From July 23, the Festival of Accord: Flamefete is a thing. Major summer vibes, with costumes, food, and all the flair. I swear, these celebrations are why we play!
